ASHU RUPARELIA, M.D. Dr. Ruparelia went to medical school and completed his otolaryngology residency at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  He then completed a head and neck surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Virginia.  More Information
ROBERT STROMINGER, M.D. Dr. Strominger attended Albany Medical College and then completed his otolaryngology residency at Washington University in St. Louis.  He then studied neurologic voice disorders as a fellow at the National Institute of Deafness and other Communication Disorders.  He is currently a visiting assistant professor in the department of speech language pathology at Ithaca College and director of the Ithaca Voice and Swallowing Clinic.  This is collaboration between Cayuga Ear, Nose, Throat - Head & Neck Surgery and Ithaca College.  Dr. Strominger is also board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.   More Information

DEIRDRE ANN ULDRICH, M.S.N., F.N.P.

Ms. Uldrich received her RN training at Byrn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing. She received a BSN with high distinction at Pennsylvania State University. She received her degree as a Nurse Practitioner and completed the First Surgical Assist Program both at the State of New York Upstate Medical University.

Jackie has been an LPN since 2005.  She received her training at Onondaga-Cortland-Madison County BOCES.  She has been with the practice since 2008.
 
Cassie has been a GPN since 2008. She received her training at Elmira BOCES.  She has been with the practice since 2008.
 
Shawna has been a CNA since 2001.  She received her training at Willow Point Nursing Home in Vestal, New York.  She has been with the practice since 2008.
 

Dianne and Jessica are our front desk receptionists. They are responsible for welcoming our patients and assisting you with whatever you need to make your visit a pleasant one. In addition they will schedule appointments, organize your medical records and answer any questions you have, either in person or over the phone. Please remember that our receptionists are not medical or billing specialists if they are unable to answer your questions directly, they will direct you to the correct person. They have both been with the practice since 2010.

Mara is our Surgical Coordinator.  She schedules all surgeries and diagnostic testing.  She also does all Pre-Authorizations required by insurance for surgeries and diagnostic tests needed.  She has been with the practice since 2009.
 
Michelle Blair, CPC is our office and billing manager. She is a Certified Professional Coder since 2005.  She has been with the practice since 1990 and is available for all of your practice and billing needs.
